Since the beginning of my career, I have always been passionate about building business relationships based on integrity and genuine partnership. Because of my engineering background, I started my career as a computer network designer. However, I was missing the contact with clients who were using the latest IT technologies to grow their business. I quickly felt a calling to be a salesman whose mission is to support them in making good decisions. In the 1990s I worked at IBM Poland, first as a Marketing Representative responsible for selling complex IT solutions, and later as a Unit Manager overseeing implementation projects in large enterprises. Since 2005, I have been a Partner and CEO of the Business Potential Discovery consulting firm (www.bpd.pl). I have found that my commercial and managerial experience is largely universally applicable, independent of the industry. I have established cooperation with a number of corporate clients for whom I carry out complex consulting and training projects oriented towards the realization of their business goals and the development of their strategic, managerial and commercial competencies.
