A Leader and Coach with more than 20 years of experience in business, which he gained working at both Polish and international companies. Currently serving as Managing Director, he is responsible for strategy implementation and the operational activities at a new e-commerce startup, which specializes in providing office supplies and office equipment (biuropaczka.pl). Between 2019 - 2021 served as General Manager at POS Lab International, a production and service company that specializes in broadly defined POS materials supporting sales. Between 2014 - 2018 served as General Manager at infoPraca.pl (Grupo Intercom Spain), responsible for the company's development strategy in Poland. Between 2011 - 2013 served as Managing Director (Board Member) at Start People Sp. z o.o. (part of the USG People group listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange), responsible for all operations in Poland (30 branches, 4 business lines, 140 internal employees, 15,000 temporary employees). Until March of 2011, he served as Sales Director at Start People, with full and comprehensive responsibility for building and implementing the company's sales strategy. He managed the sales team as well as the operational activities at 30 branches across the country, and was responsible for the territorial and product development strategy for the company's short- and long-term goals, liquidity and optimization of business processes, as well as implementation of the company's budget plans. From 2004 to 2006, he served as Commercial Director and a member of the Board of Directors, at one of the leading training companies in Poland. From 1997 to 2004, he ran his own business specialized in business tourism and conducted projects in multicultural environments around the world. A volunteer associated, among others, with the "Leaders Pro Bono" initiative, the "Iskierka" Foundation and collaborating on many other volunteer projects. A Partner and regular contributor to BPD projects since 2014. |

What do I do?
In the business world, I am particularly fascinated by people, their potential, individuality and relationships. Therefore, building effective teams that are able to achieve above-average results is my passion. On top of that, process optimization and intervention consulting in situations that are particularly difficult for organizations are challenges that I enjoy tackling. Clearly defined values such as family, honesty, respect and humility, rules of the game and set goals , as well as planning and consistency in action are core elements of my work. Privately, I am an ultra runner and I transfer the best elements of my passion into my business activities. |
