What do I do?
I have been involved in IT project management and business negotiations for many years of my professional activity. I have experience working at corporations and small companies alike - I have managed businesses, built teams and led international projects. I use these experiences in my work as a consultant and university lecturer. In meetings with company heads and managers, my goal is to discover their natural potential and accompany them in new challenges. Each of us has a unique potential, that we're often unaware of, which is entirely sufficient to meet all our challenges. However, sometimes we need someone to look at our situation from a distance and help us realize our potential. This is my main job, which I don't get tired of, because I see the tangible results of my work and I know that I will never meet two people or cases that are the same. |
