The Insights Discovery™ Profile is created using the responses to an Insights Behavioral  Preference Questionnaire. The online evaluation takes about 30 minutes to complete. The Insights profile is unique to each participating individual and is generated  from  several thousand permutations of statements, based on the answers provided in the Questionnaire.
 
What is the Insights Discovery model based on?
The  Insights Discovery™ model is based on the psychological types theory of the prominent Swiss psychologist Carl Gustav Jung. The Insights Discovery profile can only be created by a certified specialist  who is an " Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner".
