What I do?
HR has been my passion for a long time. I highly value the experience I gained from managing employee development and leading HR department at multinational organizations. It's working there that I realized how important it is for HR to be a true partner in the strategic management of a company and how too often it is reduced to administrative functions only. To become such a partner, we need to use data-driven business tools and language. Hence my interest in HR controlling and performance indicators, as well as the introduction of effective competency testing methods. My main focus is for HR professionals to have good IT tools that streamline their work and provide reliable data they can use to support their business plans and decisions.
