​Paweł has over 30 years of business experience.   He started his professional career in the early 1990s in marketing departments of CPC Amino (Unilever) and then Kraft Jacobs Suchard (Mondelez). He was instrumental in building Hellmann’s and Jacobs brand position in the Polish market. Over the next several years he served as Account Manager and Group Account Director at McCann-Erickson, with business development responsibility.   In 1998 Paweł took up his first job in the training industry, joining Kalkstein, a human skills development consultancy. By 2017 he had worked his way through all levels of hierarchy, from trainer, consultant, senior consultant, to partner and board member.   

​For the last 7 years he has been running Training Excellence as CEO and serving as Managing Director at Games4Biz. In addition, he acts as Managing Partner CEE at Powering, a global consultancy headquartered in France, Associate Consultant at BTS, a Swedish based professional services firm, and as trainer at the Polish consultancy BPD.


What  do I do?

For as long as I can remember, I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge with others. Being able to help people solve their personal or professional problems has been a great sources of satisfaction. At some point, I began to look for ways to better utilize my aptitude within my work. This is how my adventure in professional training began. For the first 19 years I fulfilled myself in the role of a business trainer in a Polish training company. Throughout my career I have been working with business professionals across diverse industries, from entry-level employees to C-suite executives. Alongside my duties as a trainer I have acted as consultant responsible for winning new business, negotiating training agreements and managing the relationship. These tasks solidified in me an understanding of market mechanisms, something of crucial importance in the capacity of a trainer. Since May 2017, I have had the pleasure of serving as CEO of Training Excellence. I also realize myself by designing and running inspiring business games with my Team under the Games4Biz brand.
