How do we prepare the proposal and accomplish the project?

Step one. Preparation

Consultative Meetings: we gather the essential information concentrating on the future of the organization/corporation its organization strategy, business objectives, and responsibilities of the managers. We determine areas for potential cooperation and then develop a preliminary outline of the project together with the Customer.

Step two. The introductory session

The first essential meeting with the beneficiaries of the project (with the participants on the Customer’s side): trial coaching session, verification of the project assumptions, reaching agreement on the final offer.
 

The first two steps listed above do not entail any obligations for the Customer and are free of charge.

Step three. Implementation of the project

The completion of aims in compliance with agreed standards and according to schedule.

Step four. Recapitulation

Analysis of the results, delivery of elaborations, documentations and reports (if we are provided with such) and further recommendation.
