Tadeusz Golonka

Very experienced manager, consultant, and university lecturer. Completed Master and Doctoral studies at AGH (University of Mining and Metallurgy) in Krakow, Poland. Led a research in human computer communication (computer communication in natural language and in process control using digital camcorder and pattern recognition theory, shape analysis and pattern classification). For the last 20 years he has been working for computer industry. Cofounder, Technical Manager, Vice President (11 years), and Board Member of CDN S.A. (leading company in Poland providing software business solutions for small and medium size companies). Followed through the complete life cycle of an enterprise. Supervised the most successful merger on the Polish IT market – of CDN S.A. and COMARCH S.A. Speaker at many Polish and international computer science conferences (concerning business and technology). Specialized in strategic management, sales simulation, distributed sales management (using a network of business partners), and implementation of innovative computer technologies for strategic goal achievement. For the last 11 years he has actively cooperated with the polish division of Microsoft and since January 2003 holds the honorary position of the Microsoft Regional Director in Poland.

Jerzy Kołodziej

Manager and consultant with a long experience in the international business environment. For seven years after completion of Doctoral degree he had run microprocessor projects in Mathematical Machines Institute in Katowice, Poland . From 1987 until 1991 a consultant in at CSE Corporation in Pensylvania, USA in charge of a solid modeling CAD system project which was subsequently implemented in many project offices in USA, Japan, and in Europe. From 1992 until 2001 working for IBM in Poland where he was responsible for large, centralized IT projects in the Polish banking sector realized on time and within budget. He was also the Location Manager of the IBM branch in Southern Poland. From 2002 until 2004 Country Manager responsible for the Polish branch of Avnet achieving the best results among country branches in Europe. Has gained good experience as a consultant in management and sales coaching and also in international business startups. Earned a PhD in Computer Science, also completed a one year MBA program in INSEAD in France.

Wojciech Zezula

Consultant, sales specialist, and manager with 20 years of experience in Polish and international companies in Poland. At the beginning of the 90s worked for REX Business Operation System, a dynamic IT company, starting from sales up to the sales manager position. Was actively engaged in creating the new company and was the originator of many marketing initiatives. During 1993-1997 worked in the industry division was in charge of large complex IT solutions at IBM Poland, including project management. A measure of the success of his accomplishments at IBM were two “Hundred Percent Club” awards for exceptional business achievements. In the years 1997-2004 worked at Kalkstein Corporate Training company as trainer, coach, consultant, partner, manager, and finally Board Member. During this time cooperated with many corporate customers providing complex management and sales education projects. Specialized in management and sales coaching, business strategy development, and business-to-business marketing support.
